Outdoor beer garden, nightclub access, quick walk to tram stops
Excessive noise from the nightclub was dreadful at night!!! Limited sound insulation contributed to a sleepless experience. The dated room decor needs an update to enhance comfort and ambiance!!!

The bar and breakfast area had some fab gluten-free options that made my heart sing! Plus, being a solo traveler, the location had me just a hop away from great spots like Sophie's and Pickle for a munch. 10/10 would recommend for a fun night out!
Breakfast staff weren't too helpful this time, didn’t check on our dietary needs like before. Plus, street-side rooms are a bit noisy with single-glazed windows, making sleep a challenge.

The hotel is in a great spot, clean and tidy, providing a decent night's sleep. However, the noise from the nightclub and street traffic can be overwhelming at times, making it hard to relax. Staff were friendly, which helped lift the experience a bit.

great central location with minor downsides
The location was perfect, just a short walk to Grafton Street. The tram station right outside made getting around convenient, which I really appreciated.
Taxis were somewhat affordable, but they added up over the stay.

Decent location near nightlife. The music from the nightclub kept us awake at night. Rooms could use a refresh, though.

We had a delightful family stay here, enjoying the lovely spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast with quality items. Plus, the nearby Iveagh Gardens were perfect for morning jogs while the kids played. The staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
My kids wished the hotel had more family-friendly activities or play areas for them to enjoy.
